SUSHIZANMAI HISTORY
| 2001 April | Sushizanmai Honten, Japan’s first sushi restaurant open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, opened in the Tsukiji Fish Market district. Expanded mainly in Tokyo. |
| 2003 June | Opened the first conveyor-belt sushi restaurant “Mawaru Sushi-Zammai Tsukiji”. |
| 2006 | Annual sales reached 10 billion yen within five years of launch. Became the number one sushi chain in Japan. Opened “Kiyomura Juku”, a sushi chef training school. |
