Sushizanmai Los Angeles will be featured in a special event at JAPAN HOUSE Los Angeles exploring the growing influence of Japanese cuisine in the United States and around the world.
The program will feature a special conversation with Kiyoshi Kimura, founder of Sushizanmai and widely known as Japan’s “Tuna King.” Kimura will share his journey, his passion for sushi and seafood, and his perspective on bringing authentic Japanese food culture to a global audience.
